Frequently Ask Questions

  • Medication Refills

    Please request medication refills through your pharmacy or patient portal. Allow up to 3 business days for refill requests to be filled, we ask that you plan accordingly.

  • What to Expect

    • Initial therapy sessions will take 1 hour with 30-60 minute follow up appointments, depending on your treatment plan.
    • Initial medication management sessions may take up to 1.5 hours with 20-30 minute follow ups.
    • ADHD testing may take two separate appointments or one 2-hour appointment.
    • **All intake questionnaires are highly recommended to be completed prior to appointment to utilize time wisely.
  • What if I can't make my appointment?

    We prefer you contact us as soon as you can if you can't make your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment a 24 hour notice is required. If you miss an appointment without canceling a no-show fee of $50 will be billed, if the notice is less than 24 hours a late-cancellation feel of $25 will be billed- insurance does not cover either of these.

  • Cost of Therapy/Fees

    The cost of therapy and medication management vary based on the type of services and the length of the appointment. 

  • What if I don't want to use my insurance?

    There is an option for cash pay, please inquire if you are interested.
